Cryios Pay

Fees & Settlement Protocol

Legacy payment processors rely on opaque pricing models, monthly minimums, interchange fees, and rolling reserves that trap your capital. Cryios is built on the philosophy of absolute on-chain transparency. We charge a fair, flat fee for our smart contract infrastructure and guarantee immediate, direct settlement.

1.0%

Universal Platform Fee

Our fee is hardcoded into the smart contract and automatically deducted during execution. There are zero setup costs, zero monthly subscription tiers, zero cross-border exchange rates, and zero hidden spreads. You pay strictly for what you use.

The Atomic Split Architecture

In traditional finance, payments land in an intermediary escrow account (like Stripe or PayPal), sitting idle for days before you can initiate a manual withdrawal to your bank.

Cryios completely eliminates the middleman holding period using an on-chain Atomic Split. When a customer signs the payment transaction, the EVM executes the token transfer in exactly one block:

1

99.0% of the tokens bypass our servers and route directly into your non-custodial wallet.

2

1.0% of the tokens are routed to the Cryios platform vault to fund ongoing protocol development.

Because this logic is handled immutably at the smart contract level, your funds are available to you the literal second the block is validated. There is no "Payout Request" button, no 3-to-5 business day waiting period, and no risk of frozen accounts.

Who Pays the Network Gas?

In the Cryios ecosystem, the Customer acts as the transaction sender, meaning they are responsible for paying the blockchain network gas fee to execute the payment.

Historically, high gas fees on L1 networks made crypto micro-payments impractical. However, by aggressively expanding support for Layer 2 rollups like Base and sidechains like Polygon, we ensure that customer gas fees are frequently below $0.05. This makes our checkout flow drastically cheaper than traditional credit card processing for both the merchant and the consumer.

On-Chain Transparency & Auditing

Trust is good, but cryptographic verification is better. Every single fee processed by the Cryios smart contract is permanently logged on the public ledger. You can independently verify every split payment down to the fractional cent using a block explorer like Etherscan or Basescan.

For registered Merchant Account holders, our backend indexes these on-chain events and presents them cleanly within your Dashboard analytics, simplifying your accounting and tax reporting workflows.

Example Calculation

If a customer purchases your software license for $100.00 USDC, the smart contract routes exactly $99.00 USDC to your connected wallet, and routes $1.00 USDC to Cryios. No surprises, no complex math.
